Strength training data should follow you across every device.

How RepFlows started, and where it's going.

The problem nobody fixed.

I've lifted on and off for years. Weight up, weight down. Gym to gym. Every time I started, the workouts worked — until life pulled the routine apart. Friends moved on. Motivation dropped. The spreadsheet stayed open in a tab, then closed for good.

The apps I tried all asked the wrong question. “What workout do you want today?” I didn't know. That was the whole problem. I wanted something that knew my history, knew what I trained last, and just handed me the next session.

Built for myself first.

RepFlows started as a weekend tool. AI-generated splits based on what I'd actually done. A muscle map so I could see what was fresh. Smart logging so a set took two taps, not two minutes. PR detection so I'd know — instantly — when I beat myself.

Then friends asked for it. Then strangers. So I shipped it.

The vision.

Strength training data shouldn't live in one app, on one device, in one ecosystem. It should follow you.

One brain. Every surface. That's what RepFlows is becoming.

What we shipped. What's coming.
